Cancellations
Please ensure that all details of your order and shipping information and correct before placing your order. Depending on the stage of processing, we may not be able to make changes or cancel your order.
Returns
Returns have to be approved by us prior to shipping back in its original packaging. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new condition and shipped back in its original packaging including the packing and order slip.
Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return. Buyer is responsible for paying shipping cost for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt, the item will be inspected before the appropriate amount of credit and refund will be applied.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Clearance items
No refunds will be offered on clearance items, only exchanges. Clearance items are only eligible for exchanges if they arrive damaged. Buyer must notify us at customersupport@ruhdepaws.com within 2 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery and contact us immediately if your order is damaged, defective, or the wrong item. We will need pictures of the item including the box and its packing materials. If approved for a return, a return label will be issued with instructions on how and where to send the package. Please be advised that if you don’t reach out to us at customersupport@ruhdepaws.com within the 10 day range, we assume you want to keep the item and forfeit your right to a refund, return, or exchange.
